The Watchman’s Cry: From Zion to the Nations

Introduction: When Colors Become Judgment

“And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals...” (Revelation 6:1)

Brethren, I rise to speak not as a teacher among men, but as a watchman burdened by the midnight cry. There is a trumpet in my bones. A fire in my chest. The hour is later than you think, and the horsemen have already begun their gallop.

The prophet John saw four horses, four riders — each summoned not by men, nor by Satan, but by the very Lamb of God who breaks the seals. These were not accidents of history. They are divine judgments, sovereignly loosed.

  • White – False peace and conquering deception
  • Red – War and bloodshed
  • Black – Famine and collapse
  • Pale Green (χλωρός) – Death and pestilence

These are not just visions. They are flags waving around Jerusalem today.

1. The Gathering of the Nations: Psalm 83 Fulfilled

“They have said, ‘Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation...’” (Psalm 83:4)

The nations surrounding Israel bear the same four colors mentioned in Revelation. Consider this:

NationWhiteRedBlackGreen
Egypt
Jordan
Syria
Iraq
Palestine
Iran
Saudi Arabia
Libya, Sudan, UAE

These are not decorations. These are the colors of the horsemen turned into banners of rebellion.

2. The Lamb Opens the Seals: Heaven Is Not Silent

“Come and see.” (Revelation 6:1)

These judgments are not Satan’s tricks — they are the sovereign acts of the Lamb. Christ rules the scroll. He commands the judgments. The horsemen ride only when heaven calls.

Let us not lose sight — these are God’s instruments, and He is not nervous. He is purging. He is preparing. He is breaking pride and revealing the Bride.

3. Israel and the Nations: Zechariah’s Burden

“I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples...” (Zechariah 12:2)

Israel is not just a nation. It is a signpost in prophecy. The Church has grown numb, but prophecy has not. Jerusalem is the stage, and the world is stumbling over it.

The Church must wake up. The nations prepare for war, but many believers prepare for brunch. The prophets weep. The angels wait. The Lamb opens the scrolls — but the Church scrolls her phone.

4. What Do These Colors Mean Today?

  • White – Globalist false peace, ecumenical unity without truth
  • Red – Terror, conflict, revolutions
  • Black – Food crises, inflation, digital control
  • Green – Pestilence, plague, the spirit of death

They are riding now — and the Bride must make herself ready.

5. A Cry to the Church: Leonard’s Lament

“Christianity today is so subnormal that if any Christian began to act like a normal New Testament Christian, he would be considered abnormal.”

Leonard Ravenhill

This is no hour for sleepy saints or polished pulpits. This is the hour for watchmen to weep, for intercessors to rise, and for truth to be proclaimed without fear or filter.

6. The Hope: The Throne Remains

Watchman Nee wrote, “Spiritual reality begins with the throne.” And so it does. Christ reigns now. He is not waiting to reign. He is shaking what can be shaken so that what cannot be shaken may remain.

The shaking is not destruction. It is refining. It is a call to come out from Babylon and into Zion.

Conclusion: Your Banner, Your Allegiance

“His banner over me was love.” (Song of Songs 2:4)

These four colors ride. The nations rage. But only one flag will remain — the blood-stained banner of the cross. The Lamb is worthy. His mercy is still extended.

Run to Him. Cry to Him. Stand with Him. Before the final seal is opened.

🙏 Altar Call

If you’ve forgotten Israel — repent.

If you’ve ignored the times — awaken.

If you’ve lost your fire — seek Him afresh.

The horsemen are riding. But so is the Holy Spirit. The Lamb still saves.

Revelation 6:1–8 (NKJV)

1 Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder, “Come and see.”
2 And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.
3 When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and see.”
4 Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.
5 When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.”
7 When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see.”
8 So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth.

Psalm 83:1–8 (NKJV)

1 Do not keep silent, O God! Do not hold Your peace, And do not be still, O God!
2 For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; And those who hate You have lifted up their head.
3 They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones.
4 They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.”
5 For they have consulted together with one consent; They form a confederacy against You:
6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagrites;
7 Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;
8 Assyria also has joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot. Selah

Zechariah 12:1–3 (NKJV)

1 The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him:
2 “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem.
3 And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.”

Ezekiel 38:1–9 (NKJV)

1 Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
2 “Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3 and say, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal.
4 I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords.
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet;
6 Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you.
7 Prepare yourself and be ready, you and all your companies that are gathered about you; and be a guard for them.
8 After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely.
9 You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you.

❤️ Final Word: Love That Triumphs Over Judgment

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you...”
(Matthew 5:43–44, NKJV)

The colors of judgment may wave around Zion. The horsemen may ride. But the Gospel still marches — not with swords of iron, but with the cross of mercy.

We do not pray for destruction — we pray for deliverance.
We do not rejoice in wrath — we plead for repentance.

Every enemy nation surrounding Israel contains souls for whom Christ died.
And some who raise their fists today may one day lift their hands in worship.

So as watchmen, we must not only cry out —
we must also kneel down.

Pray for your enemies. Pray for the nations.
That the same blood that stained the cross may cleanse every flag.
